Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear Sir
My brother and another one was arrested in 20th October 2013 from Jewellery shop in the suspicious of diamond stolen from the 5 ring. My brother and Mukesh verma was working there. Next day 21October 2013 newspaper was print this news. And all the 5 rings showed in newspaper. And police made the case that on 22nd October We recover the ring from my brother house. And one original diamond was recover from another one. Then we both higher one advocate. He cheated with my brother. He conceal the diamond and shown in the court only my brother recovery. and he bail made out. What should i do Sir My brother is till now in jail. My brother's file is in cause list.
