Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
After filing the 498a and 406 is it possible for wife to use her private lawyer or its only allowed by a Public Prosecutor to fight the case.
My husband is fighting with his private lawyer and i feel if from my side if its a public lawyer then the chances for us to win is less.
