Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

A FIR has been made against 294(b) 324, 506 (ii) IPC R/W, 3(i)(x) SC/ST (POA) Act 1989 12-03-2014. Now accused has taken the shelter in a government hospital which prevents from police action. So far accused has not been arrested.

Now victim wants to give complaint on PCR act to arrest the accused. To whom to be given this complaint and what are the points to be given to be strengthen the complaint so that arrest of accused is assured.

you cannot register the case under both the acts simultaneously. Under the POA the police has to expediate the investigations. If you are not satisfied with the investigations you can file a petition in the highcourt and seek appropriate directions.
