I give a blank cheaqe to the party for matierial suplly and no any agrement with him and part pament give time to time after some time hesaid that 15000 rs is balence in your side I loaged FIR LOST of that cheaqes of that cheaqebook sr no and that person after one year cheaqe produse in the bank &cheaqe;bonce now he fiel in court case under ipc 138 rs 60000/ Iam poor now what I can do for this.please give me leagl advise for this case mobile 9625115717 H.P IAM ONLY MATRIC I CAN NOT WRITE IN MAXIM,ENGLISH MORE.
