Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir, FIR has been logded against my collegaue for promise of marriage and force able sex and belongs to weaker section and dowr harassament against my colleguae and his mother. she named me as accused 3 of support and planning to get him married else where. am on AB. Now petioner is wiiling to give affidavit for remoiving my name from the final charge sheet and seconded by IO.. sir is affidavit vaLID and can i go for compromise . your kind advice please.

an affidavit cannot remove you from the charge sheet. you need to file an application for discharge.
