Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi, I wanted to ask in case of Criminal cases related to property transactions - if the property is in delhi but the agreement of transaction took place in Amritsar - under which court does this case fall - court in whose jurisdiction did the transaction happen or court in whose jurisdiction the property lies? Thank you
