Legal Question in Family Law in India
My brother in law get married last year. the parents of girl hide the actual age of girl. she is still under 18. they even hide the actual qualification of girl. girl threats her in laws since last one year. she said that she will get suicide. she tried this types of mischieves twice. my brother in law and his parents are under great depression. kindly advice me to do some legal action.

Do u want divorce? I admit there they have played fraud but if otherwise they are getting along well, there is no use of terminating the marriage. and for records and secondly, try to record her threats or like that. You have not shared the whole problem.
