Legal Question in Family Law in Saudi Arabia

Dear Law Guru, My child and wife are on visit visa here in Saudi. I have Iqama and we are Pakistani. My wife is asking for Khulah for past two months. I do not want to break family that is why I am stopping her to do so. She also wants custody of child afterwards. What options do I have in terms of keeping custody of child who is 2.5 years old? I can prove in court that she takes on extreme dangerous dramas like suicide attempt frequently.

first of all khulah is not compulsory.you can refuse it unless she gives you the custody of your child and pay you back all you have paid her . I advise you to make igama for her and the child in saudi arabia and give yourselves time to solve this problem in the best way in th interest of the child and for the sake of the child.
