Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I got married in the month of December 2013.after 1month of Marriage i came to know that my husband had lost his job before Marriage which was not at all communicated to us. when questioned about it my father in law was rude and said what you will do. and speaks to us in insulting manner.

Plz advice can i file any case against them.
