Legal Question in Family Law in India

My first husband died 21 years ago. I have a 31 year old daughter who has been brought up by me in my mothers house where I shifted after his death due to ill treatment by in-laws. They gave me no share in property ( it was self acquired by my father in law) but my stree dhan which was kept in my mother in laws locker was also not given to me. Now both my in laws are dead and the jewellery has been taken by my brother in law and sister in law after getting access to the said locker after my mother in laws death (who died before my father in law). I have been remarried for 10 years now. Can I claim my stree dhan now as I need it for my daughters marriage or can my daughter claim it from her tauji and bhua ji. I have already requested them verbally several times to no avail. Any advice would be appreciated.

1) Sthreedhan shall always be returned to wife. Only thing u waited for 21 years delay which u hv to satisfy the court to the satisfaction.

2) Hv u got recorded evidence to show the list of all both moveable n immovable. How do u prove it not returned?
