mai apne pati se talak cahti hu unke khilaf kai crimnal cases hai 420 ke aur maine bhi unpe 498 ,dv aur125 ka case lagaya hai lakin uske baad unhone sec 9 lagaya hai lakin mujhe talak cahiye kya mujhe talak mil sakta hai jabki mare pati mujhe talak nahi dena cahte hai mera ek beta bhi hai kya mujhe unse koi maintenence ya kuch aur mangnae ka huq hai ya nahi plz guide me.
