Legal Question in Family Law in India

My married in 2009 and got a baby boy in 2010 anin 2011 my husband filled a divorce again me and somehow did it xpart and I. 2012 through xparty hr divored me ... My son is now 5 and his father is not taken any kind of responsibility.. Custady is with me ... I do not wann any kind of insaaf for my self but I wann that whenever my child need him he has to be present .. Like .. I have filled up form for Dps Bokaro where they require both parents graduation certificate hiwevered my son s father is not providing any thing .. Without going through unnessesary hessle .. How can I get him to provide the documents ts needed .... Aur please help .. Becasye I do not wann my son to suffer be cause of ur qurrel ... Can I do some thing help me
