Hello.. i am an orthopaedician.. my wife is a doctor.. we have a 2 yr old son.we hv been married for 3 years. She went to stay with her parents after 6 months of marriage whwn she became pregnant and hasnt returned till then. She worked in a hospital nearby to her parents house.she wouldnt allow me to take my son to my house. Now she got postgraduation and is in hostel. My son with her parents. She still wouldnt let him be with me with my parents. My hospital is far from her parents house. If i bring him to me without her consent can the police take him back on her complaint?

Question of custody is related to your relationship as well. Hence, its important to decide whether both of you have a future ahead or not. For bring her back, you may serve a legal notice for restitution of conjugal rights. But if you don't, you may file a petition for custody or only for visitation right.
