Res Sir/Mam, i and my wife would like to get seperated legally with mutuall consent. Could you let me know the fast procedure which is less than 6 months and how much would be the court fee and advocate fee???

The 6 month period is compulsory unless you have a pending case, in which case the court may waive off the 6 months period. In Mumbai the court fees required are around Rs 200/-.
