Legal Question in Family Law in India

We had been separated through mutual consent around 6 months ago. But wife lived in my house for sometime after divorce & left house last month. Now she is threatening of creating trouble for me & harsh me n my family in court. She said you had involved with me during that time (false sexual allegations). Kindly guide me how I will save me n my family.
