Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello, My Son is minor (age 8 yrs). I got separated from my ex husband almost 7.5 yrs back and got divorced legally in Apr 2014. I got remarried last year. Now I wanted to change my Son surname in school. My ex husband didnt came to meet him even once in last 7.5 years. my son dont even know who is his father.

Please help, I want to add my second husband surname in my son school records.

Dear client if u have permanent custody order of son then yr second husband can adpot him and yr can add his name. If u have not permanent custody order then get it from court. For any legal help call me
