Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife has filed 498A case against me and other my family members. recently Maintenance case also been filed against me.
She is not living with me from last 2.5 yrs , she stays with her parents .
she intentionally filed the both cases for extracting the money out of me.They are negotiations were made by wife with us for randsom to withdraw the case, which is huge amount 1cr. which i or family cannot afford to pay now can file for the divorce on grounds of cruelty and the not living with me intentionally. What are the chances to get the divorce.

1) Contested divorce may take more than 5 years.

2) Living separate for more than 2 years if proved can be one of the grounds for divorce.

3) Consult the lawyer appearing on ur behalf who can explain better in detail

based on facts and proceedings of the case.

yes you can file divorce .......

but you need to tackel other cases very wisely..........
