Legal Question in Employment Law in India

" We're a IT Company planning to hire college pass out / qualified unemployed youth as interns ,train with our company sponsored highly innovative program ( skill high demand in market ) , high probability once they complete this course.they will get better offers, its expected some might leave " we're ok with this but

What are the preventive options available with the company to recover part of the training cost atleast 30 % in case they leave before 1 st year"

What is the current trend followed by IT Companies to handle similar concern , How do they recover from the candidate

Is there any industry best & acceptable standard / recommended process that can be followed / implemented ?

Dear Sir / Madam,

IT students / employees logging their complaints on Lawguru whenever the training institute / Company attempting to recover money from them on some pretext or the other is steadily on the rise. The urge to repay the training Institution / Company for the knowledge imparted to the candidate has to emerge from within. No everybody will pay. But if you portray and actually ensure that the candidates benefit, I see no reason why candidates will not pay money once they realize that your institution has played a vital role in their success. I cannot think of any standard industry norm / best practice that IT Institutes / IT Companies follow.
