Dear A Kumbhar,

Selection of a candidate remains at the sole discretion of the concerned Government department. Your suitability for the job depends on the assessment and matching of all your capabilities and skill sets by the interviewer(s) as suited for the job, and not just one criteria of 16 years service, which may have been important, but which may not have been the only or sole assessment criteria. Calmness and coolness and most important patience, are vital for a job. We normally tend to get anxious after the interview, and we try to immediately do some fact finding, which action further reduces our probability of being selected. Please understand that your selection is not "right by might". Filing any case anywhere is not advisable and not recommended, as it will surely prove futile and a waste of time. Never "rush" for any opportunity, as another will soon come by.

Regards,
