Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am working in an MNC, I am a fresher and joined the company 2 months back. There is a bond period of 1.5 Years and amount of 1.5 Lakh INR.

The department given to me is not good, I have to work more than the prescribed 9 hours daily and they have put me into regular night shifts. Moreover it is non technical work.

I want to leave the company as soon as possible but have fear of bond money.

Please guide how can i leave the company without giving the bond amount, I don't want any experience letter from them or is there any way i can change my department legally.

Regards

Dear Sir / Madam,

An employment or service bond of any form or nature or on any pretext is illegal and a criminal offence punishable with a fine and / or simple imprisonment of the concerned establishment personnel. Please refer to your Appointment Letter and intimate to the Company if they have deviated from what has been agreed, like Department, Nature of duties and responsibilities, office timing and shift duty and request them to consider and approve of them, failing which, if there is a notice period clause therein, you can give resignation notice to the Company citing all the above reasons, and requesting the Company to relieve you from service at the end of the stipulated notice period, and pay and settle your dues with a Service Certificate for the period you worked with them.

Regards,
