Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am part of a sensitive project but want to quit my job by serving the notice period of 1 month as giving in my employment letter. I did not mention any reason for quitting in my resignation letter which I have delivered by hand. The employer is not accepting the letter stating that there is no urgent reason mentioned for me to quit. What legal steps can I take?

no employer can insist a reason for the resignation, unless any such terms have been agreed under the employment letter. Send it by registered post/email.

Dear Sir / Madam,

"No organization has a future ... only you have a future." Whether you wish to work in an organization or not is purely your prerogative, and is none of the employer's business. Simply serve your notice period of 1 month, and ask the Company to pay up all your dues by way of your full and final settlement. Please re-post query for further advice and guidance, if there are any more problems you face in your being relieved from the Company.

Regards,
