Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I've given resignation in my company,but they never responded and they have sent a termination letter stating that i've breached rule and have to pay compensation and also i have stole office materials etc in the letter.but i have never taken any materials what should i move next

Dear Sir / Madam,

You must refute the charges levelled against you by the Company in writing stating your willingness to serve the notice period in keeping with the terms and conditions of your appointment, and ask for settlement of all dues owed to you by the Company.
