I am working as Postal Assistant in Indian Poalstal Dept.

I am posted In Darbhanga(Bihar) postal circle.

As my job rules i cannot get transfer to other circle. Only exception is there that i can opt 2 out of circle transfer in my entire service period.

I got Married in feb 2015, and my husband is working as a manager in a PSU Bank. His job is transferable to any part of india. He was applied both in year 2015 and 2016. But he have not got transfer to my place of working or near by my place of working. Even this year his transfer is due. He get transfer from Punjab to delhi.

now i want to know that

Can i fill a petition on that Bank for not transfering my husband to the near by work place where i am working

Dear Madam / Sir,

You should inform your husband to file a request to the Chief of Personnel / HR at the Bank Head Office requesting for a transfer to a branch located near your place of Office. Transfer of an employee remains entirely at the Bank's discretion and it is subject to existence of a vacancy at the concerned branch.

1) Transfer cannot be claimed as a matter of right.

2) Let ur husband request their HR dept who will certainly consider.

3) U can also request ur dept to go there.
