Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I buy land from someone. now I received court notice for not selling land to anyone. because the sister of the owner claiming that she didn't informed. and claiming her part from her brothers. so basically the dispute is between owner and his sister. also I buy property from 4th person not directly from that owner. means before me 3 times that property is sale-purchased. sister of owner is claiming after 15-20 years of 1st purchase. now what I do?

Sister's suit is barred by limitation act. I don't know why and how could court admit her suit. But since you have served a notice, appear there. I can suggest you as to how could you defend the sale and your title once you get the copy of suit from the court.
