Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,

I need a legal advice for the below case.

Our's was a joint family, our property was dived in 1975. But registered in 1999 to my name from my grandfather(my father was dead), And my sister got married before 1985. So my question is, does she have rights in our property.

Dear Sir / Madam,

It is up to you whether you wish to give a share thereof to your sister. Morally, being your sister, she does have a right in the property.
