Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,

We are purchasing a agriculture land in Andhra Pradesh, krishna Dist near Gudivada. Land is owned by the father and he is willing to sell. His children are minors.

Does minor has any right to claim on the property once they become major ?

Do we need to add children names to the documents and get their signature on the registration papers ?

Do we need to submit any other documents to court or registration department on the name of minors to avoid disputes in future when they become major.

Overall I would like to know is there anything we have to take care to avoid problems in future once the children become major.

Please clarify on the above questions

It is self acquired property of the seller and hence there is nothing to be worried. He is competent to sell that without any legal bar.
