If person A Has given GPA to sell the land property to B. and B also has given the GPA to sell the land property to C.
Can C sell the land property of A by using the GPA of B ?

GPA can not be given by B to C its no valid .... only B has the power to act as per the GPA...

Dear Sir / Madam,
It is always good and safe to avoid property sale / purchase transactions through Power of Attorney. Direct dealing with the property owner with his / her authorization and signature on the Agreement for Sale is recommended.
