Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir, we are 5 brother including me , there is a patternal family land recieved by division with my fathers brother. Now at that land we 3 brother among 5 have been decided with everyones cocent written on letter head of gram pradhan that, we 3 brother will divide it equally to consruct house, but my one of own brother forcefully covered some area without my cocent. Reason behind this , is i have only daughters and it,s a village having old mentality, he wants to hold myall proprty one by one forcefully. And because my children are studying and very little, so, pls advice us to get back my land and to save rest property.
