Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We were five sisters. All other four married but I did not marry to take care of my father as mother had expired. The eldest one lived abroad and died few years back. My father also expired recently. My other sisters are ready to relinquish their share in the property to me and I want to sell the property. There is no will of my father. What shoul I do !

For transfer of property in your name, all sisters need to sign a relinquishment deed in your favour, them the property can be mutated, thereafter the property can be sold.

Dear Madam,

In the absence of your deceased father's Will, simply take a No Objection Letter (NOC) from your deceased sister's children who are abroad, and an NOC from the other three sisters relinquishing their rights and claim in the property, and complete the prevailing procedure for transfer of the title of the property from your father's name in your name, in the record of the Tehsildar / District Registrar.
