Can I occupied land that is not legally separate but I have a share in the land ?,

You should partition the lands and obtain your deed for your portion.. The parties can agree on how the lands should be shared, surveyed accordingly and deeded. Occupation of undivided property is NOT recommended as the laws/rules of adverse possession also applies to co-owners. If the parties are unwilling to agree on partition an application to the courts can be made against the others for an order for a deed of partition. Do not occupy nor allow any other party to occupy the lands unless it has been partitioned
