help for a love one

Is there a way I can get my brother out of an abusive situation? He is kept drunk and drugged and not allowed to leave.

If he is an adult, you may want to consider guardianship proceedings through probate court.

Depends on how old you are and are you willing to file a dependency action against those that are doing this to your younger brother. Can you and are you willing to take custody or is there someone else. But you can always call DHR. If you call me I will be happy to discuss it with you.
