Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Arizona
vehicle reposession
I co-signed for a vehcile and the finance company hasn't made attempts to go after the original buyer and the vehicle was taken off of tribal land without tribal court approval, now I am being sued for the remaining balance of the vehicle. Am I correct by saying the company tresspasses on tribal land?
