Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My husband and I are seperated. I've asked him for a divorce. He's in Arizona and Im in California. He's taken all our money out of the checking account, short of thirty-seven dollars. He will no longer give me access to any funds. Is this legal?

If you file for Divorce, you could also seek a temporary order seeking your 1/2 of all liquid assets which exist.

You could also seek temporary orders regarding child support or spousal maintenance (if such applies to your situations.
