Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Arizona

Harassment
I have this childish thing going on in my life and it is by this complete Ahole, who is hated by many. It is a long story, he has affected family and friends and slandered our marriage wife.

He called to say he had a restraining which did not exist and that I harassed him via email.he emailed to my yahoo and I emailed from my work twice .. I Did not even think he would do this and it would all end.
.Nothing has happened at my work, but they are checking my emails to make sure. I am not worried, but either way it is very irritating and has caused some duress. I emailed the story to my HR, but it is Friday and have not heard a response
Would that be cause for a small civil suit to seek some sort of damages or if I get a write up etc? My manager is on my side, but HR is following protocol.
I think that is another ground for a restraining order to?

The same week he called my cell during a work meeting 11 times, emailed him in the middle to stop. I showed my manager. Looks like he was trying to get me to call him.
He even emailed me 4 days later.
please help!

Stop all contact and responses to his contacts. If he continues, then seek an injunction against harassment.
