Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Arizona

invasion of privacy

As a home owner in Cochise County Arizona, my neighbors are routinely taking pictures of my property and attempting to file a variety of complaints against me with the county authorities. Each of the complains over the past two years have been investigated and remedied through the administrative process. To end these invasive techniques I have installed across the front of the property a privacy fence and am in the process of installing this same fence on the sides as well. The neighbors are reaching over the top of this fence to take photos of the property. Does this constitue an invasion of privacy, and what are my courses of action to stop this?

Re: invasion of privacy

Your neighbors actions may constitute trespass if they are reaching into your property. Report their actions to the police.
