Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Arizona

If a high school student was being abused during the time when they were enrolled in school. However, did not tell a teacher about the abuse until after they have already graduated. Will their ex-teacher have to report it? Or will they get in trouble in any way?

I'm a little confused by your question. Specifically, what role the ex-teacher plays in your situation. Upon notice of abuse to a teacher, that teacher has a legal duty to report the same to the appropriate authorities.
