If someone is married and from Romanian under there spouses greencard,gets divorce while awaiting a response on their greencard will they be deported?

I am not sure I understand your question. IF you just applied for a green card based on a marriage and will get divorced while your application is pending, yes, it can be denied. If you have no other valid non-immigrant status, after denial, you can be referred to Immigration Court for removal.
