I recently got married to a millitary man who has been staioned to Fort Bliss. I am curently in a rental house with a lease. I need to know who to get out of my lease in order to move with him?

You can negotiate a termination of the lease with your landlord or you could find someone to take over the lease of the house, look at the provisions of your lease agreement regarding assignment of the lease to another tenant. Look at the AZ Landlord Tenant Act and the terms of your lease regarding assignment and termination of the lease.
