Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

My ex-wife and I had an oral agreement in 2005 that allowed our two adult daughters to live in our house if they paid me rent. I paid all the expenses surrounding the upkeep of the house (mortgage, utilities, maintenance, etc.) and the ex lived there rent free. Five years later (2010 after daughters moved out) she's claiming half that money collected over that time belongs to her because she owns half the property. Does she have a case?

Oral agreement have a 3 year statute of limitation. Based on the information you have provided, it would appear that you have a strong defense.
