Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

I am about to rent my home in Arizona. I have to rent my house for less than what my mortgage payment is. I will have to take it as a loss. What documents do I need so I can write-off the difference of my loss? What can I charge my tenant in up front fees? What forms should I have my tenant sign?

You should get and read a copy of the AZ Landlord Tenant Act, it will answer many of your questions. You will need to prepare a lease agreement for the tenant to sign. You should consult your tax accountant regarding the write-offs that you can take, arising out of this property.
