Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arkansas

I am an illegal immigrant and i have full custody of my 7 year old son but my exwife is trying to get full custody using my being illegal is there any laws to back this up

As an illegal immigrant, it's important to keep in mind that you can be deported from the USA if apprehended by ICE, and if not eligible for any immigration relief. She is apparently using an argument that you are a parent who can be removed from the country at any time, and therefore, no longer be present in life of your son.
