Legal Question in Disability Law in California

I answered an ad on Craigslist (Sacramento, CA) for an Office Assist/Accountant position. I received and email from Dale Morgan [email protected], stating I got the position and to send him my info. I questioned him as to why he needed my info since it was on the resume. His response was to make sure I was really interested in the position. Ok, I sent him the info. He told my I would be handling funds from clients who purchased auctione items and after I was to recieve the funds I was to deposit th check or moneyorder and keep my comission (15%) and forward the the remainder to a specified address. I emailed hom and told him I wouold not use my personal bank account for such transactions and recieved a very nasty response. Now, a check is being sent via fedex, should I take it along with copies of the email to my Attn. Gen. office her in Sacramento?

This is not a disability question. Answering your question, sure. Those are always scams when they want you to deposit the check and send them the rest.
