Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California
Attaching Internet Income on a Writ
Once I have a judgement, how do I attach income generated off a website that has places to make purchases with credit cards? My debtor owns a website that sells items, and I would like to attach his earnings from this site. Thank you.

Re: Attaching Internet Income on a Writ
There are a variety of different methods of enforcing judgments, and before I can determine which one is best for you, my firm requires a written retainer agreement.
I would guess that it would be a similar situation for the other attorneys answering questions on this forum.
If your judgment is substantial, it would increase the number of potential remedies you could seek.
If you would like to discuss the possibility of retaining my firm to help you out, please feel free to call me (650) 798-2418 or email [email protected].
Re: Attaching Internet Income on a Writ
This question is not in the field of appeals and writs--the "writs" in the appellate field are the type needed to challenge a court's judgment/ruling, not to enforce it.
