When must I appeal an order denying my motion to disqualify opposing counsel

This order is appealable the same way any other final order is appealable, generally within 60 days after notice of entry of the order. Look at C.R.C. Rule 8.104 for the specifics. Timely filing is jurisdictional, so the safest procedure is to calendar 60 days from the date the order was made.
