Cause for New Trial?
My attorney talked to one of the juriors after I was convicted and the jurior told him that he felt coerced and pressured to vote for quilty verdict during the jury deliberations. He wanted to discuss it but they just voted and in 20 min. came back with guilty verdict! Cause for a New Trial? Thank You
