Legal Question in Banking Law in California
My friend got a game server and I agreed to let him use my Debit Card because he doesn't have one. He insisted that they would not charge me unless I agreed to charge my card. At first he did pay for the first month, but the following month he refused to pay. He told me to cancell the server and even told me, but i told him to do it himself since it was his. My current balance in my bank is -109.00

Gee, I wonder why your friend doesn't have a debit card? Moral of story: Anybody who asks you for a loan / to cosign / etc. has already burned the bank, and you're next.
