Legal Question in Business Law in California

Disolving a partnership

I am in the process of being bought out of a partnership. My business parter thinks I owe her money based on the fact that she has put more money into the company than I have. However, she said I still must pay back the full amount, and will not be compensated for any of the supplies or furnature I have contributed. What am I responsible for paying back? Do I deserve to be compensated for exsisting supplies and furnature? Is the time I have put into the company worth anything? I have done at least 90% of the work involved in this business.

Your rights and responsibilities are whatever your agreements and corporate documents say they are. You need to consult with an attorney to go through them and the current situation, to determine what you should be doing. Feel free to contact me for that purpose if serious.
