An good tax attorney can look at your situation in detail and propose other options such as negotiation to help resolve your situation. Chapter 13 bankruptcy may be an option as well as this can help you keep you business while paying the taxes over time. You may need to look at paying estimated taxes to help avoid being behind in taxes on an ongoing basis. You should get help as soon as possible to figure out a plan so that you can hopefully stay in business.
