Restrictions of recruiting underage tester
Hello, I am a game producer and we were thinking of getting focus test of our game from public internet cafe from passerby patrons that fits our demographic (14 to 18), is there any restrictions to do so? Especially for those whom are under 18, do we need their parental consent to get their feedback and give them $20 gift card?
