Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

signed arrest warrant

I'm going through discovery in a civil rights lawsuit and the defense, the DEA allude to a signed arrest warrant which has never been produced. If a warrant was never issued or signed and I was arrested anyway in my own home though no drugs were found and my case dismissed, what are the legal ramnifications for defendants?

Re: signed arrest warrant

What, exactly, do you mean "you are going through discovery in a civil rights lawsuit?" Surely you have a lawyer? Ask your lawyer what the legal ramifications are.
